- Rates: 50% for dry land & 60 % for irrigated lands
Mahalwari System

- Central province, North Western Frontier Province, Agra, Punjab, Gangetic Valley
- Mahals-One or more villages
- Owners : peasants
- Revenue : collected by village committees.
