Though there are no explicit provisions to enforce Fundamental Duties some are indirectly enforced by other legislation's such as, Environment Protection Act helps enforce the individual duty of environment protection. 

Moreover, the parliament is at liberty to enforce them by enacting laws and to prescribe punitive measures. Therefore, a legislative process has been provided to enforce these duties. 

Fundamental Duties are correlative to legal duties means they are similar to duties which are prescribed by law. Fundamental Duties are constitutional duties and are lawful in nature.
