Solution: Absence of Privileges

Article 18 of the constitution justifies this. 
Under Right to equality, A18 abolishes titular privileges (except military or academic) granted to citizens of India.
Also Article 14 provides for equality of law and equal protection of the laws. Every individual would be subject to the same law without any discrimination.
